GOALS charges for its legal services on the basis of Hourly Billing Model or a fixed time spent based Retainer Model depending on the volumes of work our client may contemplate. The retainer model services are on a year-to-year renewable basis. We also undertake our professional services on Consolidated Fees Basis for one time assignments, namely, incorporation of Company, real estate assignments, contract vetting, to name a few. It may be discussed mutually.

All administrative expenses will be charged at actual.
