Which means the /goals/site/images/labour legislations are the common
domain of the Parliament as well as the State Legislatures.
Therefore for every exhaustive Central Act there is an even
more exhaustive State Rule. As a result Labour legislations
in India have become the most over regulated but under administered
aspect of our legal system.
