GOALS can assist in the preparation of the Company's intellectual property strategy, taking due care to ensure that the strategy adopted best addresses the particular interests of the Company. In this regard, the Firm will help devise appropriate intellectual property protection systems, both internal and external, including preventive structures such as IP assignment agreements, structuring business partner and client relationships and contracts, etc., with a view to protect the intellectual property arising thereof.

Further, Goals can assist in drafting, filing and prosecution of patent, design, copyright and trademark applications and facilitate the process of their procurement in India.
